Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using the Enrich-CRM API or platform (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”) on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

These Terms are entered into between you (“Customer”) and [Company legal name] (“Enrich-CRM”), a French company registered under SIREN [SIREN number].


2. The Service

Enrich-CRM provides a B2B data enrichment platform allowing customers to enrich contact and company records via API, CSV upload, CRM connectors, and native integrations (including Clay).

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature with reasonable notice.


3. Account & API keys

  • You are responsible for keeping your API keys confidential.
  • You must not share your account or API key with unauthorized parties.
  • You must notify us immediately at sylvain@enrich-crm.com if you suspect unauthorized use.
  • We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms without prior notice.

4. Subscriptions & credits

4.1 Credit system

The Service operates on a credit-based model. 1 credit = 1 enrichment row. Credits are consumed when an enrichment action returns a result.

4.2 Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. Prices are listed on our Pricing page.

4.3 No refunds on credits

Unused credits are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

4.4 Free trial

New accounts receive free credits upon sign-up with no credit card required. Free credits expire after 90 days.


5. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to:

  • Process data in violation of applicable privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
  • Enrich data for spam, harassment, or illegal purposes
  • Resell or sublicense access to the API without written authorization
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or circumvent rate limits
  • Upload data you do not have the right to process

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these rules.


6. Data & privacy

When using the Service, you act as data controller and Enrich-CRM acts as data processor. Our Data Processing Agreement (DPA) governs this relationship.

You warrant that you have a lawful basis to submit the personal data you provide to the Service.


7. Service level & availability

We target 99.5% uptime on a monthly basis, excluding scheduled maintenance. Scheduled maintenance will be announced at least 24 hours in advance.

We do not offer SLA credits on the free plan.


8. Intellectual property

All rights in the Service (including the API, platform, documentation, and branding) remain with Enrich-CRM. These Terms do not grant you any IP rights.


9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Enrich-CRM’s total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Enrichment data is provided “as is” — we do not guarantee completeness or accuracy of third-party data sources.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate at any time. You may cancel your subscription from your account dashboard. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 90 days per our data retention policy.


11. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Paris, France.


12. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email 30 days in advance. Continued use of the Service after that period constitutes acceptance.
