Yes — company enrichment is free, forever, with no usage cap. When you connect your HubSpot account, we automatically fill firmographic data (industry, revenue, employee count, technologies, LinkedIn, address…) on every company record that has a domain or name. Contact enrichment (job title, LinkedIn, email, phone) uses credits from your free 500-credit allocation. Once used, credits can be topped up à la carte or via a monthly plan starting at $29/month.
For company enrichment, a domain name or company name is sufficient. We waterfall lookups across 40+ live sources to find the best match. For contact enrichment, a professional email address or LinkedIn URL yields the highest match rate (~94%). We also accept first name + last name + company domain for cases where the direct identifier is missing.
HubSpot Insights was deprecated in 2024 after providing company data on ~74% of records — mostly large, US-centric companies — with fields often months out of date. Enrich-CRM matches ~94% of companies, including SMBs in Europe and APAC. Our data is fetched live at query time from public sources and verified by LLM, so you never get stale headcount or wrong industry tags. We write back 250+ standardized fields vs. the 8–12 that Insights provided.
Yes. Our architecture is GDPR-compliant by design: we do not maintain a static personal data database. All enrichment is performed on-demand from publicly available online sources (company websites, professional directories, public social networks). Data is fetched, processed, and returned to you — never stored on our servers long-term. We are hosted in the EU and our full GDPR policy is available on request.
We write to standard HubSpot properties (industry, number of employees, annual revenue, phone, LinkedIn, country…) and create custom properties for data HubSpot does not have natively (tech stack, funding stage, SimilarWeb traffic, growth signals). You choose which fields to sync in the configuration panel. We never overwrite a field that already has a value unless you explicitly enable “force update.”
We monitor your contacts continuously. When a job change is detected (typically within ~1 hour — often before LinkedIn updates), we update the contact in HubSpot and trigger a HubSpot workflow of your choice. You can configure alerts for: role change, company change, promotion, or departure. This lets your sales team reach new decision-makers before competitors do.
