What data sources does Enrich-CRM use?

We search the public web in real time — Google, Bing, LinkedIn public pages, company websites, press releases, job boards, financial registries (including SIRENE for French companies), and other publicly accessible sources. We don’t rely on a static proprietary database. Everything we return is derived from information publicly available at the time of the request.

How does pricing work — what counts as a credit?

One credit = one enrichment call. Enriching a contact uses 1 credit. Enriching a company uses 1 credit. Job change detection is included at no extra cost. You start with 500 free credits — no credit card required. Paid plans scale depending on your team’s volume.

Does Enrich-CRM work with CRMs other than HubSpot?

Yes. While HubSpot has a dedicated native integration with field mapping, update rules, and scheduling, Enrich-CRM works with any CRM via our REST API, Zapier, Make, or n8n. Salesforce, Pipedrive, Attio, Monday, and Airtable users typically connect via these automation layers. Clay also has a native template.

What’s the typical match rate?

For companies, we return enriched data on ~94% of domains — including SMBs and non-English-speaking markets often missed by traditional providers. For contacts, match rate depends on input quality: a work email or LinkedIn URL yields near-100% results, while a personal email alone typically reaches 70–85%.

Can I enrich contacts and their associated companies in one run?

Yes. When you enrich a contact, Enrich-CRM automatically enriches the associated company record at the same time — you get both layers from one call. In HubSpot, you can configure whether to update the linked company object separately. Batch tasks also support simultaneous contact + company enrichment in a single run.
