Fair Use Policy
for Enrichment Services
This policy applies to all users of Enrich-CRM — free and premium — and governs how enrichment services may be used to ensure fair access, platform stability, and legal compliance.

Firmographic Enrichment
Unlimited access to core company data — industry, size, location, and other standard firmographic fields. Subject to fair use conditions.
Premium (Paid)
Advanced Enrichment
Includes advanced firmographic fields, technographics, custom attributes, scoring, and integration options under a commercial agreement.
What is an “enrichment”?
An enrichment refers to the process of appending structured data to a company or record. Free enrichment includes standard firmographic fields. Premium enrichment adds deeper layers: technology stack, financial data, employee data, French SIRENE data, email finder, and usage-based CRM integrations.
Reasonable Usage Volume
Usage of Enrich-CRM, whether free or paid, is subject to reasonable limits, which may vary by tier and service level.
1.1 Free Firmographic Enrichment
Described as “unlimited”, but subject to the following conditions:
- Fair usage to preserve platform performance
- Protection against abuse — mass scraping and automation are prohibited
- Legal compliance (GDPR, CCPA, and equivalent regulations)
Web usage is for human professionals only. Automated use via scripts or bots is prohibited.
1.2 API Access
Default free limits
Premium users may receive
- Higher or custom rate limits
- Prioritized processing
- Batch or integration access on request
Enrich-CRM reserves the right to adjust rate limits dynamically to protect infrastructure.
1.3 Continuous or High-Volume Use
Any continuous, automated, or high-volume use — free or paid — must be pre-approved in writing. Custom SLAs may be available for enterprise customers.
Prohibited Use
All users (free or premium) agree not to:
- Bypass platform limitations or rate limits
- Scrape, replicate, or redistribute any data without written permission
- Reverse-engineer the platform, API, or data structure
- Use data for illegal, unethical, or non-compliant purposes — including spamming, targeting based on sensitive attributes, or breaching GDPR, CCPA, or similar regulations
Data provided under premium tiers is licensed for internal use only, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Accuracy & Legal Disclaimer
Enrich-CRM strives to deliver accurate and up-to-date data. However, no data product is perfect. The service is provided “as is”, with no warranties regarding:
- Completeness or accuracy of any field
- Merchantability or fitness for a specific use
- Availability of any particular data point
You are responsible for verifying critical business data before use.
Monitoring, Suspension & Termination
We monitor platform and API activity across all tiers. Actions that may trigger review or enforcement include:
- High-frequency or batch enrichment without a commercial plan
- Use of proxies or multiple accounts to evade limits
- Reselling or exposing data to unauthorized parties
We may, at our sole discretion:
- Throttle or suspend access (free or paid)
- Require migration to a commercial plan
- Terminate accounts in case of confirmed abuse or violation of our Terms of Use
Extended Use Cases & Premium Tiers
We support and encourage extended or commercial usage through paid plans, which include:
- API scaling and SLAs
- Custom field support or deeper enrichment layers
- Integration into CRMs, CDPs, or sales/marketing platforms
